Liverpool Night-time Caregiving Study

This study forms the basis of Ingrid Boedker's PhD, which focuses on  different infant sleeping arrangements and associated outcomes for mothers and infants. In a series of linked studies, this project will examine the factors associated with different infant sleeping arrangements  (e.g. a cot, side-sleeper or parents bed), how these change over the first six months of an infants life and how different sleeping  arrangements are associated with wellbeing in mothers and physiological responses in infants. See the Night-time Caregiving Study page to find out more about this project.  For advice on safe sleep for infants, see this NHS page.
